RIVENDELL TEA ROOM CAFÉ

"And so at last they all came to the Last Homely House, and found its doors flung wide.  His house was perfect whether you liked food, or sleep, or work, or story-telling, or singing, or just sitting and thinking best, or a pleasant mixture of them all.  Evil things did not come into that valley."                     - The Hobbit, J.R.R. Tolkien

Everything from good old Red Rose, to Rooibos, Lapsang Souchong, Gunpowder, Dragon Tears and Slivering Balls! And for dessert try our home-made gourmet Lavender, Lemon Verbena or fresh fruit ice-creams, sinfully creamy Chocolate Kahlúa Mousse, or exotic fruit tossed in a meringue bowl.

A variety of seating options are available.  The Solarium is a bright and cozy room with a view to the herb gardens through the birch and maple trees.  The Dining Room is perfect for larger groups or private meetings. And on warm, sunny days you can enjoy being served under umbrella canopies on our outdoor Patio.

You will soon be able to view selections from our menu online. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions.
